I like honey and I like rum so this surely has to be a winner, it’s self described as ‘liquid gold in a bottle’ so my job is to see if this is true or false.
Following up from my pre-Apprentice excitement post about long time pal of mine and now Apprentice candidate, Ross Fretten, I’ve decided I’m simply still too excited to not write more about his Apprentice journey. Therefore, I’ve created this! ROSS WATCH. I’ll be providing a few notes and snaps of each episode (from my TV, I am a professional) as it goes just to sate my need to type.

Inspired by the era of jet-set travel, this Summer we have Koko Kanu inviting Londoners and travel fans on a delicious journey to 6 wonderous bars throughout July. If you aren’t sure who Koko Kanu are… well, they’re the UK’s leading white rum blended with coconut flavour (a nice 37.5%) so really you should know who these guys are. Last Saturday (10 Sept ’16) we attended Slider Decider at Broadgate Circle, London, and cor we had an amazing day! Despite the rain, the 16 chefs in attendance cooked for the crowds, powered through and did a brilliant job.
We too put the ‘work’ in and sampled 14 out of the 16 sliders on offer. If you want to know what we thought, who the winners were, who we voted for and where you can see more of these chefs then keep on reading!
